Screen Printing

Screen printing is the best garment print method for a long lasting, high quality, with a consistent finish every time. We have the facility to print anything from 10 up to 1000’s of garments per order. Whether you want a simple single colour or detailed 6 colour design our experienced screen printing team can make your designs a reality.

We can screen print onto a wide range of garments, including T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Tote Bags and more. We have an endless number of suppliers offering a huge range of brands and garments.

Ink Colours

We can print up to 6 colours per design on light coloured garments, and up to 5 colours with an underbase. We have many ink shades to choose from. Take a look at our Colour Guide to see all of our ready mixed colours available. If you require a colour that we don’t have, for a small charge we can match any colour with our Pantone COATED colour matching service.

Ink Types

As standard we use plastisol ink on all of our garments as it produces a consistent high resolution print, is hard wearing and lasts for a long time. Water based and discharge inks are also available to use. All ink types have their advantages and disadvantages, if you need advice on which ink would be best to use for your garments, please contact us to discuss further.

Specialist Inks

If you are looking to make your garments really stand out we also have a range of specialist inks including Glow in the dark, metallic, 3D Puff and Neon.

Embroidery can really make your garments stand out, whether it’s a professional look to your work wear or adding some style to your clothing brand. We can produce high quality customisation onto almost all kinds of products. Anything from Hoodies, T-Shirts, Beanies, Caps and more!

We run a number of 16 head digital embroidery machines, capable of 1500+ stitches every minute. In Order to make your embroidery a reality, we need to “digitalise” your design which tells our machines how to stitch your design.

While the thread we use comes in set colours, there is a wide range of colours available. We’ll make sure we use the closest thread we can to match the colours of your design.

Embroidery is priced by the number of stitches in a design. Cost will wholly depend on size and how dense the stitching is. Please attach a copy of your design or logo to our quote form so we can give you an estimate of cost in advance.

Embroidery Threads

As standard we use hard wearing Polyester thread, they are strong, reliable, will take heavy laundering and come in over 400 colours.

We also have eco threads available, a green polyester thread made from recycled plastic bottles or a 100% Lyocell thread spun from wood pulp manufactured from sustainable forests. You can find out more about or threads eco credentials of our threads on our thread suppliers’ website

Specialist Embroidery

Specialist Embroidery techniques are a great way to make your garment really stand out and adds an element of luxury to your designs.

3D Embroidery uses foam underneath the stitching to give it a 3D effect which really adds depth to your embroidery designs.

Applique is the method of stitching fabric onto your garments, which works perfect for chunky sports style lettering. We have a range of velvet and leather look fabric that comes in a range of colours.

Patches are a great way of branding your garments away from the standard embroidery.

Direct To Film (DTF)

Direct To Film (DTF) is a method of digitally printing onto film, that is then heat pressed onto your garments. This print method is ideal for getting complex full colour and photographic images onto your garments.

As with all of our print methods there is a minimum order of 10 per design.

Direct To Garment (DTG)

Direct To Garment (DTG) printing uses specialist digital printers that print water-based ink directly onto the garments. Again this print method is great for full colour complex designs.

DTG has a minimum order of 10 per design.
