SERVICES
We’re happy to work with your artwork or established logo but if you need something new or bespoke we’ll be happy to help. As we know exactly what’s needed for printing we can tailor a design to suit the method of print you’d like for the best impact and price. This can range from a logo for your business, an alteration to existing design or a brand new illustration. We always proof before printing new artwork so we will take your feedback and make changes until you’re happy with the design.
Custom Embroidery can really make your garments stand out, whether it’s a professional look to a piece of work wear or adding some style to a fashion range. Unlike screen printing embroidery brands garments by stitching them with threads to create a design. This means the design you supply has to be digitised so that it is made up of stitches. While the thread we use comes in set colours (so there’s no mixing option as with inks) there is a wide range and we’ll make sure we use the closest thread we can to match your colours. We run a number of 16 head digital embroidery machines capable of 1000+ stitches every minute. They can produce high quality customisation onto almost all garments. We can embroider on a host of products from polo shirts to ruck sacks and baseball caps!
The Process
We’ll supply a digital proof of the digitised design produced with professional embroidery software. If any modifications are required we’ll be happy to make changes. Once the design is signed off we can get started embroidering on your garments and aim to have them with you in 7-10 working days.
We can screen print a host of designs ranging from the striking single and multi colour designs with our six arm carousel. Screen printing is ideal for large runs of t-shirts, hoodies, polo-shirts etc.
Inks
We use plastisol inks which are the most commonly used inks for printing designs on to garments, and are particularly useful for printing opaque graphics on dark fabrics. Plastisol ink tends to sit atop the fabric instead of soaking into it, giving the print a raised, plasticized texture.
Colours
We can print up to six colours depending on your design and budget. If your design includes more colours we can suggest options for reducing the colours down without affecting the look of the design.
Printed by hand
Hand printing ensures care and quality control over each garment.
The Process
We’ll supply a digital proof of the digitised design produced with the digital file that we’ll use to create your screens, if any modifications are required we’ll be happy to make changes. Once the design is signed off we can get started printing on your garments and aim to have them with you in 7-10 working days.
Single colour vinyl
Ideal for short runs and quick production. This vinyl comes in a range of colours including fluorescent for high visibility work wear. Despite being single colour the vinyl can be layered on a garment to make a multi-coloured design to suit your needs.
Full colour printed transfer
While thicker than a single colour vinyl this printed transfer is the perfect lightweight option for full colour images. Ideal for complex graphics and still cost effective for larger orders.
Flexibility
Vinyl can be applied to almost all fabrics given the range available so if there are items that we can’t screen print due to their material then we can usually apply vinyl instead. For sports tops and material that will be regularly stretched there are options for a vinyl that will adhere to the fabric and stretch with it.
The Process
We’ll supply a digital proof of the digitised design produced with the artwork file we’ll use to cut your vinyl, if any modifications are required we’ll be happy to make changes. Once the design is signed off we can start to press the vinyl on your garments and will aim to have them with you in 7-10 working days.
