We work hard to check every garment is of the highest standard, but on the rare occasion that you are unhappy with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If a fault or error occurs which we deem to be our fault, we will always offer to replace all or part of your order. If you change your mind, your event is cancelled, or you no longer need your garments and would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. You may cancel at any time, however If you wish to cancel after payment had been received and after signing off the order, you will incur a fee. This fee will cover the cost of screen break down, returning garments to the supplier and any staff/labour costs.
